           Professional Overview

• Ms. Reena Saha, a 1994 batch officer of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IAAS),currently serves as the Director General (Local Government Audit) in the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. Her role includes overseeing policy formulation,technical guidance, and capacity building for auditing local governments across the country as well as finalising Audit Reports on Local Governments and Annual Technical Inspection Reports (ATIRs).
• With over 30 years of service, Ms. Saha has held diverse portfolios across India, including
  postings in Kolkata, Bangalore, and New Delhi, includes deputations with the Ministry of
  Agriculture & Cooperation and the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).

           Foreign Assignments

• Ms. Saha represented the C&AG of India in various countries, including the USA, Japan, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, participating in UN audits, capacity-building workshops, and international symposia. Notably, she is certified instructor and resource person for the ASOSAI Region, ASOSAI and INTOSAI initiatives, contributing to global advancements in public audit practices.
