• 5(five) passes at GCE ‘O’ level/GCSE/IGCSE in A/B/C Grades and two passes at GCE ‘Advanced’ level examination of the approved British Examining Bodies, subject to submission of equivalence certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities certifying that the examination passed/appeared is equivalent to +2 stage qualification of an Indian Body.

• Students who have completed two years of higher education including Diploma course after passing 10th class, conducted either by Central/State Government(s) and on passing such a course have either been admitted to first year of graduation course or have passed the graduation course conducted by any University, including Open Universities, established by law in India shall be also eligible.

• 10+2 Examination of any other recognized Board/University not covered above but recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to Senior Secondary (10+2) Examination as recognized by Central Government.

Ans.   The fee to register for the course is Rs. 590/- (inclusive of 18% GST). Candidate is allowed to appear in first attempt of examination without any additional fees.

Ans.    Under Certificate Course for Accountants of Municipal Bodies, there are two courses:

Level 1: Town Panchayats

Level 2: Municipal Corporations & Municipalities

  Ans.    Registration will be open throughout the year. Batches will be closed every 31^st December & 30^th June.

Screening Examination: Atleast 1 month from the close of Registration for the Batch.

Main Examination: 2 months after declaration of result of Screening Examination

Ans. Self-Study Material (containing both e-study material and pre-recorded revisionary lectures) will be made available immediately on Registration after payment of fees. For main examination, live virtual revisionary classes would also be arranged. The said classes can also be attended from anywhere (subject to the availability of desktop/laptop/smart phone with good bandwidth of internet connectivity). The recorded virtual revisionary classes would be made available on your dashboard later.

Ans.   A candidate can pursue only one course at a time.

Ans.    The Course will be offered in 11 languages (English, Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bangla, Odiya and Assamese).

Ans.    No, the certificate course is neither Degree nor Diploma. This is a skill based course. This Certificate course does not grant any qualification and therefore, it should not be mentioned as qualification along-with the name.

Ans.    No, the course can be attended through a laptop/desktop and in case these are not available, Smart Phone/ mobile will also serve the purpose.

Ans. The Course can be attended from any location but for appearing in exam, you need to the physically present at the exam centre selected by you.
