For strengthening of Accounting at Grassroots, Board for Local Bodies Accountants Certification (BLoAC) has been constituted under ICAI Accounting Research Foundation (ICAI ARF) to organise Certificate Courses for Panchayats and Municipal Bodies jointly with the Office of Comptroller & Auditor General (C&AG) of India.
