• Technical Advisor International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants at International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) New York
• Nominated Member Committee on Governmental and Public Sector Enterprises      Accounting of South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) for the year 2022-23,2023-24
• SAFA as a forum of professional accountancy bodies is committed to positioning, maintaining and developing the accountancy profession in South Asian Association for Regional Co-operation (SAARC) Region  RC
• Nominated MemDev Committee of XBRL International.
  1. Kemisha Soni is serving her Third consecutive term in the Central council of Institute of Chartered accountants of India.
• She has served as a SEBI Nominated Director to the Boards of Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange, Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange Director future & option segment.
• She has also served as a Director to the Shubhalaxmi Mahila Co- operative Bank Ltd. Indore.
• She also served as Regional Arbitrator at the prestigious BSE and NSE.
• She was a Nominated Member Madhya Pradesh Co-Operative Audit Board (2016-2022)
• Being an outstanding professional and a committed member of the council, she has been nominated as member to distinguished international forums for accounting professionals such as SAFA Committees of SAARC Countries on Professional Ethics and Independence, Small and Medium Practices for two years in a row from 2016 to 2018 and Chairperson Women Leadership Committee in the year 2018-19 and 2019-20.
• In 2017-18, she also served as Observer, International Ethics standards Board for Accountants (IESBA) at the prestigious International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) New York and currently holds the position of Technical Advisor at IESBA New York.
• Apart from her extensive international experience, she has helmed the affairs as Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Convenor of many committees viz. Professional Development Committee(2022-23), Continuing Professional Education Committee(2021-2022), Committee for Capacity Building of Members in Practice (2018-19), Ethical Standards Board (2016-2017, 2017-2018 and 2018-19, 2020-21), Professional Development Committee (2017-2018), Women Members Empowerment Committee (2016-17 and 2020-21), Group to explore various options like UDIN Unique Documents Identification Number, Group for the Arbitration related matters.
• Having remarkable leadership skills, she has many firsts to her credit such as the distinction of being the first Woman Chairperson of Indore branch of CIRC in 2008-09 subsequently the first woman Chairperson of CIRC in the year 2010-11 and the first woman Chairperson of the Board of Studies of ICAI in 2019-20.
• During her tenure as Chairperson Indore branch bagged the award for the Best Branch Award and CIRC received the award for Highly Commendable Region.
• On account of her immense contribution to the accounting profession and society, she has been honoured with many awards viz. Luminaries of Central India by Danik Bhasker, Pratibha Khoj Samman by Patra Lekhak Manch and Devi Ahilya Naree Gaurav Alankaran Award.
• Represented Indore, MP and Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) as a Captain and team member in various State and National Level Badminton tournaments.
• She has taken various technical lectures and sessions on topics such as Code of Ethics, Standards on Auditing, Standards on Quality Control, Accounting Standards, Networking Guidelines, Professional Opportunities and Office Management, Multi-Disciplinary Partnership, Non-compliances in Financial Statements, Motivational Topics, and Work-Life Balance. These sessions aimed to provide insights and guidance to individuals seeking to develop their skills and knowledge in various technical areas.
